I love these pics! If you have a chance, read the link I posted a few days ago on FB. I follow a family that has 12 adopted kids, many with disabilities. Their youngest is 9 months, and barring a miracle from God, will die any day. Due to a rare genetic condition, he is blind, physically deformed, and cognitively impaired. Her observations about how God uses a child such as Josiah made me think of Hazem and the kids you are meeting, ministering to, and sharing with us. I think you will find the mother's post beautiful.
